1. By clicking the submit button on the registration page, provided You are 18 years of age or more, you will be deemed to have manifested your consent to enter into the following agreement with Trafficash.com, and to accept its terms and conditions (hereinafter "T&C'S"). Please read the agreement carefully, or consult legal counsel in your jurisdiction if you have any doubts about your rights and obligations, and keep a copy for your records.

2. Certain provisions of the T&C'S may change and they will be updated accordingly. The date of the most recent update to the T&C'S will be posted at the top of this document. Each change will be effective immediately, and you will be deemed to accept such changes upon login to your account Trafficash.com.

3. As an affiliate your role will be to promote the casino brands listed at Trafficash.com (hereinafter "Sites") in return for commissions on the players that are referred to Trafficash.com in accordance with this agreement.

Purpose of Agreement

1. The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the legal relationship between you and Trafficash.com, once you have entered the Trafficash.com website (hereinafter "Trafficash.com") and registered your account.

2. Trafficash.com and the user shall not commit to any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these T&C'S.

Registration

1. In order to register with Trafficash.com you must be 18 years of age or older. Trafficash.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to conduct checks concerning Your details to ensure they are correct, and shall be entitled to demand further evidence as to Your age at any time in the future and to suspend and/or terminate Your participation in a bet in the event that Trafficash.com has grounds to believe that You are a minor.

2. Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your login details you shall contact Trafficash.com immediately. You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

3. You may only register one account. There is a limit of 1 account per affiliate. Trafficash.com reserves the right to investigate and close one or more accounts if multiple accounts have been opened in order to create fraud. If there has been any activity in the new account before closure, then the account balance will be transferred to only one account minus the funds that were gained from any possible fraudulent activity.

4. Only you, as the account holder, may operate his/her registered account. Any other person must have the expressed consent of both the account owner and Trafficash.com to access a specific account.

Commissions

1. Where you earn your commission in accordance with the revenue share payment plan Trafficash.com will apply a no-negative balance carry-over policy. In the event that the conclusion of commissions earned in a calendar month is a negative amount Trafficash.com shall not apply such negative amount to the commission calculation of the subsequent calendar month.

2. All commissions shall be paid to you on a monthly basis, within 15 days following the end of each month. Payments of commissions shall be made directly to you as per bank transfer and per the amount of commission earned as described below.

3. Minimum payout of commission is €100, if the amount generated is less than €100 the commission will be transferred to the next month. Once the total balance is equal or more than €100 all commission will be paid.

4. CPA Commission will only be paid for new depositing players, who have not previously opened an account.

5. Trafficash.com shall not pay a CPA commission to the affiliate in the case that the traffic is incentivised.

6. All commission will be paid by bank transfers.

7. Trafficash.com reserves the right to take action against Affiliates and/or any of their referred players that show patterns of manipulating the commission scheme. If we determine at our sole discretion that such conduct is being practiced, we may withhold any commission payments accrued to the benefit of the relevant affiliate and terminate this agreement with immediate effect.

8. Trafficash.com has the right to investigate the commissions generated on your account for up to 180 days before reaching a decision whether to deduct any monies from it. Trafficash.com reserves the right to withhold any commission accrued in your favor during such investigation.

9. In the event that Trafficash.com deems that Fraud has occurred, either on your part or on the part of a player referred by you, you shall not be entitled to receive any commissions which have accrued to your benefit at such time in relation to same whether such commissions were generated through fraud or otherwise. For the purpose of this agreement and by way of example only the term "Fraud" shall include, but shall not be limited to: bonus abuse, chargeback executed by a depositing player, the opening of an account in breach of this agreement, the offering of unauthorized incentives to players or any other action which is reasonably understood to have been committed in bad faith against Trafficash.com.

10. Under no circumstances will Trafficash.com award commissions to any other person other than the owner of the account, who can claim the commissions.

11. You will ensure that your personal details are always kept up to date on your Trafficash.com account.

Taxes

1. Trafficash.com will not disclose details of your commissions. If you reside in a jurisdiction where your commissions are taxable, you must, at your own responsibility, keep track of those commissions and report them to the proper authorities.

Confidentiality

1. All information to be found in your account at Trafficash.com disclose certain information as a result of your participation as an affiliate within the Trafficash.com program, which information we consider to be confidential. Such information is to remain strictly confidential and secret and shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by you for your own business purposes or for any other purpose except and solely to the extent that any such information is generally known or available to the public or if the same is required by law or legal process.

Declarations by User

The User declares and warrants that:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. You are not a permanent resident or citizen of Belize or Costa Rica.

3. You are SOLELY and SEPARATELY responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction that governs the locality you reside in.

4. All of Your details contained in the application form submitted to Trafficash.com are true and correct.

5. You will participate in affiliation activity solely on behalf of yourself and not for any business use, or use by others.

6. You will not register with multiple e-mail addresses nor use any other device to register multiple times or as a multiple 'user'

7. It is your responsibility to follow any advertising laws and rules which apply in the market advertised.

8. By submitting and application to Affiliate Program, you affirm and acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you should not submit an application to Affiliate Program. If an individual is accessing this Agreement on behalf of a business entity, by doing so, such individual represents that they have the legal capacity and authority to bind such business entity to this Agreement. This Agreement was last revised on 2018­-04-­10. This agreement is governed by Curacao law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao courts.
